Improve the performance of your wood-fired Alfa oven with this simple but cleverly designed rack, made in Italy from fire-resistant stainless steel.
It has several important benefits. By elevating the logs on top of vents through which air can circulate, the rack will get your oven to temperature more quickly and efficiently. It will enable you move the fire around the oven if necessary. It will also allow you to keep the oven floor clean by making space to wipe away any residues as you cook.
Available in two sizes. Choose the 37cm size for 5 Minuti, 1, Pizza, 2 Pizze and 3 Pizze models. Choose the 59cm size for 4 Pizze and 5 Pizze models.

What is the Moderno 1 made from?
The cooking chamber is entirely made of reinforced stainless steel.
The double layer of ceramic fibre insulation used in commercial ovens contains heat and prevents the external frame from overheating.
What do I need to get started?
To bake with the oven, you just need small logs no more than 5 cm (2 in) thick. With 2 kg (4,4 lbs) of firewood you can really cook throughout the evening!
Always use the wood basket so as not to overload the oven with logs and to better manage the food on the floor.
Should I use wood or gas?
Wood has always been the fuel of choice for those who love tradition and strong flavours. It’s the perfect oven if you really like cooking outside and you are not afraid of putting your nose to the grindstone.
