The Alfa Infrared Thermometer allows you to read the precise temperature on all points of the oven floor in order to bake your pizza at the right time. With this wireless thermometer you'll be cooking 60-90 second pizzas perfectly and consistently.
With an LED backlit screen, you can switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit measurements reading surface temperatures from -50°C(-58 °F) to 550°C(1022°F).
