Teak Butcher's Block
Available in two sizes, these impressively substantial Butcher’s Blocks are crafted from sustainable teak. Because of the character of the wood and the artisanal nature of their construction, no two will ever be quite alike. The blocks are ideal for cutting and serving large joints of meat, thanks not only to their size but the tapered drip channel, which allows you syphon off and collect all those flavour-packed juices for your sauce or gravy. The XL block offers a surprise extra level of functionality: flip it over and you’ll find a hollow cavity for resting and pulling meat.

FAQs
Information here about customer services / contact information
What is the Moderno 1 made from?
The cooking chamber is entirely made of reinforced stainless steel.
The double layer of ceramic fibre insulation used in commercial ovens contains heat and prevents the external frame from overheating.
What do I need to get started?
To bake with the oven, you just need small logs no more than 5 cm (2 in) thick. With 2 kg (4,4 lbs) of firewood you can really cook throughout the evening!
Always use the wood basket so as not to overload the oven with logs and to better manage the food on the floor.
Should I use wood or gas?
Wood has always been the fuel of choice for those who love tradition and strong flavours. It’s the perfect oven if you really like cooking outside and you are not afraid of putting your nose to the grindstone.
Fast and practical, gas ovens are for people who don’t want to waste time and cut to the chase. The best choice to make consistently good pizzas in a hassle-free way.
